Why EcoInspo?

We hand-select the best products to help you on your journey to living a sustainable lifestyle taking the stress out of going-green.

What's inside the box?

Each box will contain a minimum of 4 items ranging from lifestyle, home, beauty and wellness products.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply login to your account and navigate to the "Manage Subscription" page. Find your current subscription and click the "Manage" button then click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.

What currency do you charge in?

All our prices are in $USD.

Can I get a refund or return the box?

Once your order has been placed and your payment has been received, we are unable to offer a refund, return or exchange for your box.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. 

I never received my box, what should I do?

If you're missing your box and your tracking number states that your box has been delivered, please contact the shipper directly (USPS). We are unable to offer a replacement for a box when the tracking information confirms a completed delivery.

I received a damaged item/I have a missing item

If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email (ecoinspo@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage alongside the shipping label on your box. The item and shipping label must be photographed together, in the same picture.

If you're missing an item from your box, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your box with a picture of your box as you received it.

If EcoInspo is not notified within 3 days of box delivery, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of EcoInspo.

Are products in the box full size or sample size?

Our boxes include 4 full size products. Any sample sized products included in the box will be an extra bonus item just for you!

Are all your products plastic free?

We are not completely plastic-free as some vendors use recyclable plastic for their items. However, we will always aim to curate products that come in plastic-free packaging first (e.g., glass, sugar cane resin, biodegradable packaging) when possible. Progress, not perfection as we say! 

Are your products cruelty free and vegan?

Our products are always cruelty free. Some of our products are made using beeswax.

Do you use recycled packaging?

Yes! Our boxes are made from 100% recycled content and produced with renewable energy. Our kraft shredded fill paper is made from 100% recycled paper and our tape is made from paper which should be recycled. 

Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping to the USA only.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for first box the day that you subscribe for that month's box. 

If you are already a subscriber, your next payment will automatically be billed on the 20th of the month preceding the following box (example: you will be charged on the 20th of January for the February box and your February box will ship between February 5 and 15th.)

When will I receive my box?

We ship between the 5th and 15th of every other month. Your box should arrive within 1-2 weeks of the shipping date. If you purchase a box after the boxes have shipped for that month, you will receive the next box.

Do you charge sales tax?

If your shipping address is in the state of California, sales tax will be applied to your order. The sales tax will consist of state tax and a "special rate" which refers to county and municipal taxes.
